Analytical and Dialogical Psychotherapy

Together, we explore your inner resources through working with symbolic material—such as dreams, imagery, or the sandplay method. I create a safe and supportive space for open dialogue about your feelings and needs, leading to authentic and fulfilling relationships—with yourself and with those around you.

Psychology of Eating

I focus on your relationship with food and eating habits. Together, we work to understand the emotions connected to eating and develop awareness of your eating patterns, promoting both mental and physical well-being.

Meditation, Yoga, and Mindfulness

Through meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, I guide you to relaxation and awareness of the present moment. These techniques help reduce stress, cultivate emotional balance, and find inner peace.

About Me

Mgr. et Mgr. Lenka Formánková, Ph.D.

I specialise in individual therapy focused on relationships—with yourself, your body, and your surroundings. Drawing on extensive experience in analytical psychology, dialogical practices and meditative techniques, I support clients in approaching therapy consciously and deeply, helping them fully realise their potential.

Your Therapy Journey

Individual Consultations

  • During therapeutic sessions, we explore topics related to life direction, personal or professional changes, long-term discomfort, chronic overwork, ongoing negative body relationship, and prolonged emotional tension or stress. We also discuss your relationship with yourself and your body, supporting self-awareness and growth.


  • In counselling sessions, we focus on managing current stress, restoring and maintaining emotional well-being, and understanding your eating habits. Together, we explore strategies to manage emotional eating and reduce food misuse during challenging life situations.

Session Guidelines

  • Standard sessions last 50 minutes.
  • I follow the ethical principles of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy
  • In-person or online.
  • In Czech or English
